Qualifications

7+ years of promotional content or Medical in life sciences
Experience with large global pharmaceutical companies
Customer-facing consulting experience
Experience managing relationships with key decision makers and application owners
Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

Support 4-6 large global customers post-implementation with Veeva PromoMats and Veeva Medical applications
Lead with curiosity, act as a trusted advisor and own the relationship with customers’ business decision makers and application owners
Liaise with Veeva Strategy, Sales, Product and Services stakeholders to address customer needs
Provide strategic guidance to optimize use of Veeva applications and create a customer roadmap
Facilitate customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva connections for collaboration opportunities and industry learning
