RapidScale is seeking a Customer Success Manager III to manage a portfolio of customers and drive successful adoption of RapidScale solutions, delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role partners with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Engineering, and Support to ensure customers receive consistent service, realize ongoing value, and are well positioned for long-term success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 6 years' related experience (or alternatives).
• Experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management, or Consulting in B2B tech/services.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Experience using CRM and CS platforms to manage customer engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers and serve as their primary CS contact.
• Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans aligned to customer objectives and desired outcomes.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, and health to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with customers to maximize the value of RapidScale solutions.
• Escalate customer concerns and coordinate internal resources for timely resolution.
• Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, ongoing engagement, and renewal readiness.
