Job summary

RapidScale seeks a Customer Success Manager III to manage a portfolio of customers and drive successful adoption of RapidScale solutions. You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Engineering, and Support to ensure consistent service and measurable business outcomes.

You will monitor health and usage, develop success plans, and coordinate resources to maximize value while maintaining strong customer relationships and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• 6+ years in customer success, client services, or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Experience using CRM and customer success platforms to manage engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, serving as their primary Customer Success contact.
• Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans aligned to customer objectives and outcomes.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, and health to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with customers to maximize value of RapidScale solutions throughout lifecycle.
• Escalate concerns and coordinate internal resources for timely resolution.
• Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, engagement, and renewal readiness.
