RapidScale is seeking a Customer Success Manager III to manage a portfolio of customers and drive successful adoption of solutions across cloud environments. You will partner with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Engineering, and Support to ensure ongoing value and a premier customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience, or equivalent combinations.
• Experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management in B2B tech/services.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers and serve as their primary success contact.
• Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans aligned to business objectives.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, and health to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with customers to maximize value of RapidScale solutions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Engineering, and Support.
• Lead onboarding, ongoing engagement, and renewal readiness activities.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and document success metrics.
