RapidScale is seeking a Customer Success Manager III to oversee a portfolio of strategic customers and ensure successful adoption of our managed cloud solutions. You will partner with Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Support to deliver measurable business outcomes and exceptional service.

The role emphasizes proactive health monitoring, renewal readiness, and opportunities for expansion, while maintaining trusted relationships across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in customer success or related field.
• Experience in B2B technology/services with strong communication.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers as primary CS contact.
• Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans aligned to objectives.
• Monitor adoption and health to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Engineering, and Support.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and renewal readiness activities.
• Drive customer retention and expansion through proactive engagement.
