RapidScale is seeking a Customer Success Manager III to oversee a portfolio of customers, drive successful adoption of RapidScale solutions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Engineering, and Support to ensure ongoing value and long-term success.

The role emphasizes customer focus, strong organization, and collaboration across multiple priorities while building trusted relationships with customers and internal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 6 years' experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management, or Consulting in a B2B tech/services environment.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers as primary Customer Success contact.
• Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans aligned to business objectives.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, and health to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Engineering, and Support.
• Support renewal activities and identify opportunities for additional services.
