RapidScale is seeking a Customer Success Manager III to oversee a portfolio of customers and drive successful adoption of RapidScale solutions. You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Engineering, and Support to ensure ongoing value and long-term success.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while building trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers as the primary Customer Success contact.
• Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans aligned to customer objectives and outcomes.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, and health to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with customers to maximize value of RapidScale solutions throughout their lifecycle.
• Escalate customer concerns and coordinate internal resources to drive timely resolution.
• Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, ongoing engagement, and renewal readiness.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and maintain accurate engagement plans and metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Engineering, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
