WP Engine seeks a experienced Customer Success Manager to serve as trusted advisor for high-value accounts. You will develop strategic plans, coordinate across sales, product, and support teams, and drive retention, growth, and advocacy.

Responsibilities include managing executive relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and leading renewal negotiations while ensuring customer goals align with WP Engine solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business related field.
• 5+ years in account or customer success management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and Gainsight.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain executive-level partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Develop strategic account plans and identify upsell opportunities.
• Monitor account health, usage, and renewal risks; conduct reviews.
• Lead renewal negotiations and manage contract administration.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to deliver outcomes.
• Coordinate price increases during renewals and communicate value.
