Job summary

WP Engine seeks an experienced Customer Success Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to our high-value accounts, craft account strategies, and drive revenue retention and growth.

You will coordinate with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver outcomes that align with customers' goals, manage renewal cycles, and surface expansion opportunities while maintaining strong relationships and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years in account management or customer success with revenue responsibility.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build long-term partnerships with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain executive-level partnerships within an account portfolio.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and support to deliver outcomes.
• Develop strategic account plans with short-term objectives and long-term goals.
• Monitor risk signals and renewal opportunities to drive retention and growth.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to close new business within existing accounts.
• Triage and resolve customer questions and technical issues with internal teams.
