Job summary

WP Engine seeks an experienced Customer Success Manager to act as a trusted advisor for high-value accounts, driving long-term partnerships, retention, and growth. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with customers' business goals.

The ideal candidate will manage executive relationships, lead strategic planning, and own renewal negotiations while identifying expansion opportunities across Enterprise and Mid-Market portfolios.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business related field.
5+ years of account or customer success management experience.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).

Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain executive-level partnerships with key stakeholders.
Develop strategic account plans and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Monitor usage, adoption, and churn signals; conduct business reviews.
Own renewal lifecycle and contract administration to maximize value.
Collaborate with Sales to scope and close opportunities within accounts.
