WP Engine seeks an experienced Customer Success Manager to act as the trusted advisor for high-value accounts. You will develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to foster long-term partnerships, drive revenue retention and growth, and ensure customer advocates.

You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions aligned with customers’ business goals, owning the renewal lifecycle and expanding opportunities through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of proven experience in account or customer success management.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and growth goals.
• Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting partnerships with high-level customers.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of customers' industries and goals.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate and maintain executive-level partnerships within an account portfolio.
• Develop strategic account plans with clear short-term objectives and long-term goals.
• Monitor usage, adoption, and churn risk in portfolio accounts.
• Lead renewal and contract negotiations to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales to close new business within existing accounts.
• Triage and resolve customer questions coordinating with support teams.
