WP Engine is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of high-value accounts. You will drive long-term partnerships, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver solutions aligned with customers’ business goals.

Responsibilities include account planning, renewal management, expansion opportunities, and proactive risk mitigation. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years in account or customer success management with revenue goals.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build long-term partnerships with high-level customers.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own retention, renewal lifecycle for Enterprise & Mid-Market accounts.
• Develop renewal strategies and negotiate terms for long-term value.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, product and support to meet goals.
• Monitor usage, adoption, and churn indicators; conduct reviews.
• Lead proposals, business reviews, and value-based solutions.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate on closing deals.
