Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a Customer Success Manager III in Hoboken, NJ to manage a portfolio of customers, drive adoption, and ensure measurable business outcomes. You will partner with Sales, Delivery, and Engineering to deliver a seamless customer experience and sustained value from RapidScale solutions within a private, public, and hybrid cloud environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; multiple combinations acceptable as stated in the job ad.
Experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management, or Consulting within a B2B tech/services environment.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, serving as their primary Customer Success contact.
Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans aligned to customer objectives and outcomes.
Monitor adoption, utilization, and health to identify opportunities and risks.
Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Engineering, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and renewal readiness activities.
