Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a Customer Success Manager III in Phoenix, AZ to manage a portfolio of strategic customers, drive adoption of RapidScale solutions, and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Support to align outcomes with business goals.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and adept at building trusted relationships, conducting quarterly business reviews, and identifying opportunities for expansion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years of experience; alternative combinations allowed (master's 4+ years, PhD up to 2 years, or 8 years total).
• Experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management, or Consulting within a B2B technology/services environment.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers as their primary Customer Success contact.
• Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans aligned to business objectives.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, and health to identify opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Engineering, and Support to ensure a seamless experience.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and renewal readiness activities.
