Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 6+ years in a related field, or equivalent combinations.
• Experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management, or Consulting in a B2B tech/services environment.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers as their primary Customer Success contact.
• Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans aligned to customer objectives and outcomes.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, and health to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with customers to maximize value of RapidScale solutions throughout their lifecycle.
• Escalate concerns and coordinate internal resources for timely resolution.
• Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, renewal readiness, and business reviews.
