Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 6+ years in a related field or an equivalent combination.
• Experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or Account Management in a B2B tech/service environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience using CRM and Customer Success platforms to manage engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers as their primary Customer Success contact.
• Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans aligned to customer objectives and outcomes.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, and health to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with customers to maximize value of solutions throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Engineering, and Support to ensure seamless experiences.
