Unite Us is seeking a Customer Success Executive for Florida-based remote work to own retention and growth for a portfolio of high-value accounts. You will build executive relationships across organizations, lead value-based strategies, and partner with product and operations to drive adoption and expansion.

You will design long-term account plans, deliver quarterly business reviews, and advocate for customer needs to unlock growth while ensuring measurable outcomes aligned to client priorities.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of professional work experience suggested.
• 5+ years in customer success, account management, or related work.
• Experience managing a book of business and complex, high-value accounts.
• Proven success with renewals and retention opportunities.
