Qualifications

• 5+ years increasing responsibility in a relevant field such as an agency, public sector organization, or software company.
• Analytics driven by data with knowledge of civic-management and citizen-engagement tools.
• Interest in public sector information, developments and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Proactively guide clients through the customer journey from pre-sales to onboarding to implementation to support to sales.
• Use dashboards and metrics to make data-driven recommendations that accelerate adoption.
• Collaborate with sales to expand opportunities and document expansion in Salesforce.
• Represent Granicus at internal and external events as a subject-matter expert.
• Advocate for customers across product enhancements and cross-functional teams.
