Job summary

Granicus, a remote-first Govtech leader, is seeking a client-focused executive to manage strategic customer relationships and programs across mid-tier accounts. You will drive CX improvements, guide pre-sales and ongoing delivery, and partner with government stakeholders to align objectives and outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in consulting, customer success, or enterprise account management, with strong business acumen and ability to upsell within existing book of business.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in consulting, customer success, or enterprise account management.
• Experience collaborating with government stakeholders is a plus.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and track record in customer or project management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong customer relationships and be the main point of contact for assigned programs.
• Own your book of business across mid-tier customers and grow revenues.
• Drive growth through upsells within programs and by generating cross-selling leads.
• Provide prescriptive advice and align customer objectives with Granicus solutions.
