You will guide clients through onboarding, adoption, and expansion, leveraging analytics to inform strategic decisions, collaborating with sales, and championing customer needs across products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a related field such as agency, public sector, or software company.
• Strong analytics orientation with data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with civic-management and citizen-engagement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the full customer journey from pre-sales to onboarding and ongoing support.
• Analyze usage data and benchmarks to accelerate product adoption and expansion.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve customer outcomes and drive value.
• Represent Granicus as a subject-matter expert at events and client meetings.
