Fivetran is seeking a Customer Sales Director in Austin, TX, with a hybrid model offering remote flexibility and in-person collaboration two days a week. You will drive expansion across Commercial and Enterprise accounts and manage multiple sales cycles with a focus on analytics, data platform, and data governance personas.

The role emphasizes renewals, executive alignment, and delivering measurable value, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong consultative selling skills, engaging effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Proactive and organized, capable of independently managing a diverse book of business.

Responsibilities

• Build a strategic plan to drive expansion in a portfolio of Commercial and Enterprise accounts.
• Manage multiple sales cycles and customer campaigns targeting Analytics Engineering, Data Platform, and Data Governance personas.
• Protect renewals by monitoring account signals, deepening executive alignment, and helping customers realize consistent value.
