Fivetran in Austin, TX is seeking a sales professional to own the full cycle from prospect to close, focusing on dbt Cloud Enterprise. You will run POC implementations, collaborate with product, and drive the enterprise roadmap.

The role requires 2+ years closing tech sales, ability to translate complex concepts, exceptional communication, and comfort with long cycles. A hybrid work model with two days in the office each week is offered, along with strong compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years closing experience in technology sales.
• Ability to translate complex tech into a consultative sale.
• Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication to engage stakeholders from developers to CTO.
• Strong organizational skills for long, multi-team sales cycles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Inclusive teammate with community involvement.
• Experience with SQL or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for our prospects.
• Organize POC implementations of dbt Cloud Enterprise.
• Lead and contribute to team projects that develop our sales process.
• Work with product to build and maintain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap.
• Become an expert in SQL, dbt, and enterprise data operations.
• Be an active member of the dbt open source community.
