Job summary

Fivetran, Inc. in Oakland is seeking a Business Development Representative to accelerate pipeline across Commercial and Enterprise segments. This full-time role blends hybrid work with two-three days in the office each week.

You will partner with Sales Directors to identify target accounts, craft personalized outreach, and build multi-channel campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, and video for data leaders and technical buyers in fast-growing organizations.

Qualifications

• 9+ months of experience in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or technology sales development.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting across target accounts.
• Research accounts, industries, and personas to craft personalized outreach.
• Partner with Sales Directors to build account strategies and prioritize opportunities.
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and initiatives.
• Engage data, analytics, engineering, IT, RevOps, and executive personas.
• Maintain accurate activity, contact, and opportunity data in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales leadership.
