Fivetran, Inc. is seeking a Customer Sales Director to lead an at-scale strategy for Commercial and Enterprise accounts, focusing on retention, expansion, and value realization. The role supports a hybrid work model in Austin, TX with two in-office days each week.

You will build strategic plans, manage multiple sales cycles, and collaborate with Analytics Engineering, Data Platform, and Data Governance teams to drive renewals and growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SaaS sales or account management with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with quick adaptation.
• Strong consultative selling skills with both technical and business audiences.
• Proactive and organized, able to independently manage a diverse book of business.

Responsibilities

• Build a strategic plan to drive expansion in Commercial and Enterprise accounts.
• Manage multiple sales cycles and campaigns targeting Analytics Engineering, Data Platform, and Data Governance personas.
• Protect renewals by monitoring account signals and deepening executive alignment.
