Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect in Austin to help customers maximize value from dbt Cloud deployments. You will manage a portfolio, lead technical discussions, and showcase dbt Cloud via live demos and workshops.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, renewal, and expansion, with in-office 2 days weekly in a hybrid model. You will collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects, drive retention strategies, and help scale processes as part of the early customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a post-sales role or technical customer-facing position.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing architectures and analytics stack.
• Ability to present to diverse stakeholders in external-facing roles.
• Willingness to travel for events and in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Commercial/Enterprise customers and monitor health, adoption, and utilization.
• Lead technical discussions and run live demos/workshops to address customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects on renewals and expansions.
• Be the voice of the customer in product discussions and improve cross-functional processes.
• Create external content and contribute to knowledge sharing.
