Bluefors Cryocooler Technologies, Inc. seeks a Technical Sales Lead to steer strategic technical engagements with major enterprise clients in the U.S. and Canada.

You will align cryogenic solutions to customer needs, drive opportunities, and build strong, long-term partnerships with the account team. You will translate complex technical concepts into customer value, collaborate with internal teams, and stay ahead of market trends.

Formación

• MSc-level degree in applied or technical physics or related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic account technical engagements with key clients across the U.S. and Canada, managing roadmap discussions in cryogenics and measurement infrastructure.
• Develop and execute account technology strategies aligning customer objectives with Bluefors solutions.
• Establish and maintain long-lasting customer relationships in collaboration with the account team.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Serve as the customer advocate, coordinating cross-functional resources and best practices.
• Monitor market and competitor trends to identify opportunities and influence strategy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
