Cynosure Lutronic is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to manage collections, review credit holds, and coordinate with Sales and Tax departments. You will analyze customer accounts, set credit limits, and monitor collection activities to maintain healthy cash flow.

Responsibilities include negotiating payment plans, releasing orders as appropriate, and supporting audits. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• Bachelor's degree equates to 3 years of experience.
• 2 to 5 years of collections experience.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile and recover delinquent accounts.
• Coordinate with Tax Dept to resolve deductions and ensure accurate billings.
• Analyze accounts to recommend/establish customer credit limits and payment terms.
• Document collections activity.
• Monitor hold status and communicate decisions to Sales Management.
• Provide monthly/quarterly reviews of delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment plans and document promissory notes.
• Assist during internal/external audits.
• Utilize Experian reports to determine collectability per ASC 606.
