Job summary

Ladders, a leader in the Information Technology space, is seeking a Credit and Collections Manager to oversee credit and collections operations in a fast-paced tech environment, with a strong focus on AR controls, risk management, and cash recovery.

The manager will partner with Sales and Finance to align credit decisions, resolve disputes, coach the team, and drive process improvements through data-driven insights across the order-to-cash cycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, Order to Cash, or finance operations.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing teams.
• Strong understanding of credit management, collections, and AR accounting controls.
• Experience in complex environments such as BPO or SaaS.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive operational improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead credit and collections operations, ensuring priorities and controls are maintained
• Coach and develop team members to drive performance and accountability
• Manage credit assessments and dispute resolutions efficiently
• Approve complex credit requests in alignment with policies and risk
• Analyze credit risk and communicate strategies to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance to ensure alignment on credit decisions
• Design collections strategies to support effective debt recovery
