Cynosure Inc. is seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Specialist to manage credit holds, assess collectability, and coordinate with Sales, Order Management, and customers to ensure timely order release and collections.

You will analyze customers’ financials, propose credit limits, negotiate payment terms, and monitor accounts in line with ASC 606 guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is equivalent to three years of experience.
• 2–5 years collections experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with Excel and SAP is a plus.
• Discretionary judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile and recover delinquent Accounts Receivable.
• Work with Tax Dept to resolve open deductions and ensure accurate billings.
• Analyze accounts to recommend/establish customer credit limits and payment terms.
• Document collections activity.
• Monitor and release holds on orders as needed.
• Negotiate payment plans and document promissory notes.
• Provide monthly/quarterly reviews of delinquent accounts to management.
• Support during audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
