Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or related finance role.
• Experience managing customer deductions, credit memos, and complex account reconciliations.
• Experience with an ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable & Cash Application: Apply payments, reconcile receipts, support month-end close, maintain aging and records.
• Collections & Credit Management: Contact customers on past-due balances, document commitments, and monitor high-risk accounts.
• Deductions, Credits & Customer Programs: Process memos, investigate deductions, track open items and recoveries.
• Reporting, Controls & Process Improvement: Prepare reports on aging, exposure, and programs; seek workflow improvements.
