Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of credit risk management and collection best practices.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit and collections activities to support healthy cash flow and minimize risk.
• Oversee customer credit evaluations, account monitoring, and credit approvals.
• Supervise accounts receivable processes and support team development.
• Review aging reports and drive collection efforts on past-due accounts.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer and billing issues.
• Maintain accurate reporting and strengthen internal controls.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
