Job summary

Circle Logistics, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Credit & Collections Representative to manage a portfolio of customer accounts from onboarding through payment collection.

This role requires evaluating creditworthiness, executing timely collections, and collaborating with sales and operations to resolve disputes while keeping business continuity. You will monitor aging, perform credit evaluations using scoring frameworks, and document all activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in credit management, collections, or accounts receivable.
• Experience in freight brokerage, transportation, or 3PL is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Professional communication with firm, businesslike conversations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor customer portfolios, aging schedules, and optimize DSO.
• Execute outbound collection activities to secure payment on overdue invoices.
• Conduct credit evaluations for new customers using established scoring frameworks.
• Adjust credit limits and payment terms using internal scoring criteria.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and unapplied payments.
• Document all collection activities with accurate records.
• Generate aging reports and identify credit risks.
