Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution CRE practice seeks a Director to lead strategic and operational real estate engagements at a national level. You will collaborate with practice leaders and client teams to deliver innovative CRE solutions across operating models, portfolio, and workplace strategy.

Ideal candidates will bring broad CRE discipline expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive complex projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or other business-related field and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Credible, related work experience delivering strategic projects for large clients in CRE, management consulting, or technology consulting.
• Knowledge and experience in at least three CRE disciplines: operating model design, organizational design, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRE strategy engagements and coordinate with practice leadership and client management.
• Analyze operating models, portfolio, workplace strategy, and occupancy to drive value for clients.
• Manage multiple projects across sectors, delivering client-facing materials and reports on time.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with multi-disciplinary, distributed teams.
