Job summary

You will manage external audits, support tax filings, and guide finance policy to safeguard assets. Responsibilities include leading monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, mentoring staff, coordinating with international entities, and driving system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; MS or MBA preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• Ten years of full-time experience in industry or public accounting.
• Experience managing remote teams and international operations.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills; ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the accounting department for monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Develop and enforce financial policies to safeguard assets.
• Oversee accounts receivable aging components and merchant accounting.
• Oversee accounts payable, payroll, and tax compliance with Assistant Controller.
• Ensure GAAP compliance for currency translation and foreign tax liability.
• Lead system enhancements and implementations (NetSuite, Concur, ADP).
• Plan and direct audit work papers and reconciliations, monthly to yearly.
