Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; MS or MBA preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• Ten years (full-time) experience in accounting, including managing remote teams and international operations.
• Exceptional accounting and analytical skills; ability to mentor accounting professionals.

Aufgaben

• Direct the Accounting Department for monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Oversee accounts receivable aging, billings, cash receipts, merchant accounting, and payroll compliance.
• Manage accounts payable, POs, petty cash, expense reports, and tax compliance.
• Ensure GAAP compliance for currency translation and foreign tax liability.
• Lead system enhancements and implementations (NetSuite, Concur, ADP) with consultants.
