Job summary

ServiceTrade is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to drive retention and expansion for a portfolio of high-end customers in a defined geographic region. You will lead business reviews, demonstrate solutions, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services to ensure value realization and renewals.

Qualifications

4+ years of Account Management or equivalent B2B sales experience.
Proficiency with Google Apps, Salesforce.io, Zoom or Google Meet preferred.
Some travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular business reviews remotely and on-site to drive usage, adoption, and value realization of ServiceTrade apps and services.
Identify Risk Accounts and address issues to maximize customer adoption.
Create quotes, manage sales cycle and close expansion/upsell opportunities within the ServiceTrade customer base.
