Job summary

ServiceTrade is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to retain and expand a portfolio of high‑end customers across a defined geographic region. You will drive adoption of ServiceTrade apps and services, conduct business reviews, and negotiate renewals to grow revenue.

You’ll engage executives and users, present solutions, create quotes, and manage the sales cycle with a consultative, customer‑first approach. Travel for on-site reviews is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• S. degree with 4+ years of Account Management or equivalent B2B sales experience.
• Proficiency with Google Apps, Salesforce.io, Zoom or Google Meet preferred.
• Some travel experience and ability preferred

Responsibilities

• Retain and expand customer investments in ServiceTrade apps and services.
• Conduct regular business reviews, remotely and on-site, to drive usage and value realization.
• Identify risk accounts and address issues to maximize adoption.
• Create quotes, manage sales cycle and close orders for expansion and upsell.
• Develop account plans and collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to achieve goals
