Job summary

ServiceTrade in the United States seeks a Corporate Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-value customers in the field service industry. You’ll drive retention, expand spend, and renewals, conducting business reviews and aligning the product roadmap with client goals.

Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver value, manage quotes in Salesforce, and ensure adoption of ServiceTrade apps.

Qualifications

• S. degree with 4+ years of Account Management or equivalent B2B sales experience.
• Proficiency with Google Apps, Salesforce.io, Zoom or Google Meet preferred.
• Some travel experience and ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular business reviews remotely and on-site with customers to drive usage and value.
• Identify Risk Accounts and address issues to maximize adoption of ServiceTrade.
• Create quotes, manage sales cycles, and close expansion opportunities within customers.
• Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Professional Services.
