Job summary

Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. You will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, delivering cutting-edge recruitment strategies to meet our clients' needs.

This is a 12-month temporary contract with potential for extension based on project scope. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, conduct candidate screens, coordinate interviews, and maintain strong client and candidate relationships to ensure high satisfaction

Qualifications

Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting, including market research, passive sourcing and closing candidates.
Ability to exceed performance expectations and meet goals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
Ability to execute recruitment strategies and articulate client relationships clearly.

Responsibilities

Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback from clients and candidates.
Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
Present strong talent for open positions and address objections in the hiring process.
Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
