Wilson HR in the United States is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative, fast-paced team. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and advocates for candidates, delivering market intelligence and cutting-edge recruiting strategies.

This temporary contract (3–6 months) focuses on full-cycle recruiting, candidate screening, interviews, and closing placements while maintaining strong relationships and reporting metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit end-to-end in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to exceed performance expectations and incorporate feedback.
• Maintain a recruiting pipeline and communicate it effectively.
• Strong client focus with continuous improvement mindset.
• Execute recruitment strategies including RPO and client relationships.
• Excellent time management and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and social media.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback from our clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop a proactive recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers in final selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update and maintain ATS data and related administrative duties.
