Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and a champion for candidates, using market intelligence and innovative recruiting strategies to deliver top talent for critical needs.

You will manage the full cycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and presenting candidates for interviews and offers—while maintaining strong relationships and meeting weekly and monthly submit-to-hire goals.
