Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team in the United States. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, delivering market intelligence and cutting-edge recruitment strategies.

We anticipate managing the full cycle from sourcing to offer while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. In this 3-month contract role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, build a strong candidate network, and help clients meet hiring

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit across all stages in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in market research, passive sourcing, and closing candidates.
• Strong communication of pipeline to clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system and social media sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee candidate selection, initial phone screens, interviews, and feedback gathering.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop a proactive recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers in final selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update and maintain reports and other administrative responsibilities.
