The role supports onboarding across the contingent workforce lifecycle, emphasizing documentation, vendor coordination, and system updates in ServiceNow and Workday. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of contingent workforce project management experience in fast-moving environments.
• In-depth knowledge of contingent workforce management best practices and classifications.
• Hands-on approach to manage job requests, workforce operations, and vendor performance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills balancing multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in documenting through platforms like DocuSign.
• Analytical skills with dashboards, MS Excel, and visualization.
• Ability to collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and HR.
• Knowledge of Workday and VMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding details with managers and suppliers to initiate contractor onboarding.
• Engage Legal to ensure all necessary agreements are in place.
• Coordinate PO approvals with Procurement as needed.
• Initiate and manage background checks via HireRight for regional compliance.
