Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant in the United States to advise on contingent labor programs and manage the full lifecycle from planning through offboarding.

The role requires strong customer-facing skills, workforce management expertise, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Fieldglass, ServiceNow, and Google Workspace is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in MSP, contingent workforce management, or HR operations.
• Experience supporting hiring managers, suppliers, and teams in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with requisitions, onboarding, payroll issues, and operational escalations.
• Strong multitasking in deadline-driven environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings to assess workforce needs and sourcing strategy.
• Define job requirements, onboarding expectations, and timelines with hiring managers.
• Manage postings, work orders, onboarding, extensions, conversions, and assignment ends.
• Coordinate orientations, start dates, interviews, badges, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain workforce tracking documents, headcount reports, and ramp projections.
• Monitor requisitions and pipelines to ensure SLA compliance.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on market conditions.
• Provide market rate analysis and guidance on labor trends and compensation.
• Support payroll activities, timesheet corrections, and invoicing issues.
• Partner with suppliers to drive quality and timely onboarding.
