Inspire Brands is seeking a Senior Analyst, Contingent Workforce Operations to oversee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle activities for the contingent workforce. The role partners with Procurement, HR, Finance, IT, and MSPs to ensure compliant, efficient operations and reliable data visibility across systems.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and collaborative, with a passion for process improvement and cross-functional partnership to enhance program performance and governance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in contingent workforce administration, procurement operations, or HR operations.
• Experience with vendor management systems (VMS) and related finance or procurement tools.
• Ability to manage data quality, process workflows, and program reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on contingent workforce processes to hiring managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle day-to-day inquiries, support requests, and issues with timely follow-up and resolution.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, extensions, and worker status changes across systems.
• Maintain accurate worker records and workforce data for visibility and compliance.
• Support invoice processing, funding validation, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics for program governance and decision-making.
