Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with a service-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to collaborate with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.

Program Coordinator, Integration & Early Talent, CEL, Human Resources

W2 Contract

Pay Rate: $50 - $70 per hour

Location: Redwood City, CA - Onsite Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Integration & Early Talent Coordinator to assist our Culture, Engagement & Learning team. This role will support a fast-paced team leading onboarding and early talent programs. This role requires creative thinking, project management, and detail orientation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities for new employees, from accepted offer through their initial integration.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, IT, hiring managers, and other partners to help ensure new hires are prepared for their first day.
• Maintain onboarding trackers, checklists, employee records, and HR system information.
• Coordinate pre-onboarding swag and welcome kits, including inventory, ordering, assembly, and shipping.
• Provide logistical support for new-hire orientation sessions, including scheduling, preparing materials, tracking attendance, and sending follow-up information.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for internship, fellowship, co-op, and capstone student programs, including schedules, communications, events, and participant resources.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for other employee integration, engagement, and initiatives as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• A minimum of two years of experience in human resources, recruiting, program coordination, event coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential employee and business information.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• This position is onsite, based in Redwood City.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous work experience supporting onboarding, human resources, recruiting, or student programs.
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
• Graphic design or content design experience is a plus
• Experience using Articulate Rise is a plus
• Experience using Canva is a plus.
