The role emphasizes organizational excellence, cross-functional communication, and proactive logistics support within the Talent Enablement organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination, administration or talent development roles.
• Familiarity with LMS and assessment methodologies.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and workplace software.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global talent development programs including planning, scheduling, and participant communications.
• Administer LMS tasks, keep training materials up-to-date, provide user support.
• Serve as liaison between participants, facilitators and leadership to resolve issues.
• Support Welcome Day and interview coordination on a rotating basis.
• Collaborate with Talent Enablement Partners to align initiatives with regional strategies.
• Maintain records of participants, materials and feedback.
