Job summary

BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC is seeking a Sales Manager in Savannah, GA to lead a field sales team and drive growth in the construction services market. You’ll develop strategies, recruit and train reps and estimators, and coordinate pricing and client proposals.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record of meeting targets, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. On-site work in Georgia with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant past experience in sales.
• Minimum of 5+ years successful experience of sales management and experience carrying an individual quota, preferable in construction services.
• Ability to sell to Manager and Director levels within the organization.
• Experience managing and directing the entire project cycle from beginning to close.
• Strategic in finding new business using technical knowledge and skillset.
• Creation and execution of quarterly and annual business plans.
• Good management presence, communication skills, and credibility.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets.
• Attentive to forecasting and business reporting responsibilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Technological orientation to utilize software solutions for CRM, bid preparation and job cost.

Responsibilities

• New business development: prospect for potential key or strategic accounts and build pipeline.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to grow revenue.
• Plan and implement coverage with Sales Reps and independent network.
• Participate in pricing the solution/service.
• Coach and develop Sales Reps and estimators.
