BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to grow revenue in the construction and paving industry. You will own a portfolio, develop relationships, and present capabilities to clients while collaborating with estimating and operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of meeting quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant past experience in sales.
• Experience selling construction services (asphalt or concrete) is preferred.
• Experience selling to managers and directors within organizations.
• Experience managing the full project cycle from bid to close.
• Strong ability to forecast, report, and communicate market opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Engage new and existing clients to drive value and grow revenue.
• Develop and maintain relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management to prepare competitive proposals.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly attend networking events and industry meetings.
