• Experience carrying an individual quota, selling construction services (asphalt/concrete) preferred.
• Able to engage with Managers and Directors within the organization.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Present proposals and negotiate contracts with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management to prepare competitive proposals.
• Attend industry events to promote services and strengthen client relationships.
